Margalla Institute of Health Sciences, Rawalpindi, was established in 1997 and is imparting education in the fields of Bachelor in Dental surgery (B.D.S), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Doctor of Pharmacy. It is a matter of pride that till now 13 batches of BDS and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) have passed out. .

Margalla College of Dentistry has the unique distinction of being the only institution in Rawalpindi whose B.D.S program has been recognized by Federal Health Ministry/Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) since 2003 and is affiliated with the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore since 2004.

Margalla Institute of Health sciences has well experienced and highly qualified teaching faculty.

A new academic block has recently been constructed which is duly equipped with all necessary basic amenities like Audio-Visual Aids, Multimedia, Projectors, etc.

MIHS has Learning Resource Center comprises, digital library which has internet facilities for under graduate as well post graduate students to get latest knowledge about their subjects and remain embraced with the latest developments taking place around the globe. 

Margalla Institute of Health Sciences is determined to provide the best possible education and knowledge in different areas of health sciences. 

I have been working MIHS June since 2006.

I like the atmosphere of MIHS. Everybody can do well in its relax atmosphere. Authorities of MIHs are very cooperative.

In this sad situation of CORONA outbreak we are always sincere towards MIHS and students learning.

That’s why we are working for MIHS at home. I am taking online lectures of BDS 1st year and DPT 3rd Semester and DPT 4th Semester.
