Bhitai Dental and Medical College, Mirpurkhas has not only being a workplace but also a nursery for grooming of young faculty members with those who are the experts and cream of dentistry in all over the country.

My journey at BDMC has been a dream ride for any young man coming in the field of Clinical Dentistry and Teaching. The cherry on the cake was the exposure i got  in research. The research department, unlike other relatively new institutions, is contributing towards the new researches and trends in society.

It is said that hard work always pays off, it happened in my scenario. I joined the college as lecturer and since then have been on the uphill of success by the grace of Almighty and now serving as Vice Principal and Director of Medical Education.

The bind with this institution is as close as family. Have never felt like being treated as an employee here. Always being respected, admired, guided, corrected, redirected, blessed and kept under the kind shelter of all Senior Management of the college specially the captain of the ship Dr Ghulam Mustafa who is a mentor, a father figure and Managing Trustee of the college and Chairman of Bhitai Trust.
