The Murshid Hospital and Health Care Centre (MH&HCC) was established in 1987 as a not-for-profit project of M/S Darut Tasnif (Pvt) Limited, to serve the under privileged people and community of the area. The Hospital’s facilities are in line with the medical standards offering various specialities. Though it has the potential of 220 beds, it is currently functioning with approximately 150 beds in different units. Services offered includes OPD, General and Private Wards, Intensive Care Units, Operating Theatres, Radiology, Ultrasound, Blood Bank and 24 hours open Laboratory, Pharmacy and Accident & Emergency wing with surgical facility. It is being run with the assistance of over 300 staff members including qualified and committed consultants, specialists, resident medical officers, nursing and paramedical staff, technician, corporate services support staff and management that is qualified and experienced.
